Don't need to activate Win10 to use it. Win10 activation only unlocks customization and gets rid of the "Activate Windows" watermark. Everything else is fully-functional indefinitely.

Confirmed here. Any value present in the second parameter results in expected behavior. Not supplying a second parameter, as well as supplying a NULL var (below) results in a NULL return. /declare TestVar string outer /declare TestVar1 string...
