Tip - Flawless Sk Pulling
From what I have read the HA fix and the DC fix were two different fixes, one fixed how HA worked the other was a fix for low damage and mobs calling for assist. Yes they wanted to stop cross zone pulling but imo if it wasn't brought up here most people, including the devs, had no clue about it...- beitasitbe
