Question - # of redcents from lvl 1 to 2 (1 Viewer)

How many redcents are needed to upgrade from lvl 1 to lvl 2. Also how do you upgrade using the redcents because currently I only see cash options.

Thank you. Purchased the Level 2 and am trying to download the very vanilla and keeps redirecting me to the hey stud page. I've waited over 5 minutes and still not letting me DL anything. Do i need to wait longer?
