THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS (I HAVE NOT COMPLETED TESTING)

I spent a good amount of time creating and writing conditionals so that Burns are used in the most optimal ordering, which ensures you'll essentially always have a disc running. I have not fully completed all the testing I want to do, so if something is broken or not working properly please leave a comment. The DPS section is not fully optimized (yet) but this should be very close to optimal pending a few...
