Tower of Frozen Shadow

Tried to visit the Tower of Frozen Shadow today

Crashed all four accounts while trying to zone-in from the PoK Redbot, something about the zone file missing or corrupt... blah blah blah

Everquest cannot load the zone file \"frozenshadow_obj.s3d\" in the directory that you are currently running Everquest from. The file is present but it may be corrupt. Please either reinstall or delete and re-patch this file. For assistance with this problem...blah blah blah

My toons are now stuck trying to log in to the tower and of course can't. In 6 hours I'll be able to log then in using the Return Home button. We really need to get that timer reduced... about 10 minutes should work nicely.
