TOL 120 group healer shaman config. Only healer for group, no merc or cleric needed through TOL. Parses at top of heal list on raids. Shaman rule! (Upgrade to my COV shaman config)

I'm enjoying using this Ini at the moment, however it seems to slow mobs very slowly, sometimes I'm fighting 2 or 3 and its not until I'm attacking does it cast Swarm.

Awesome. Thank you! My shaman is new and I’m trying to figure out where to focus on AAs. With this healing based strategy do you recommend any certain order of placing AAs. If this is too big of ask, please don’t worry about it.

This ini is based on a shammy with MAX AA. So I would start with your healing based AA/Focus first then go from there since this ini is healer focused.
