Turns on auto Rez feature. Will rez any character with in a radius of 100 units of the Rezzer. AutoRezOn=0 (Don't Rez at all). AutoRezOn=1 (Rez On). AutoRezOn=2 (Rez ON, But only when there is NO Aggro. See Heals section for in and out of combat rez instructions.

I thought that was out of group... my bad. What do the following do then?

Heals1=Staff of Forbidden Rites|0|rezcombat
Heals16=Rejuvenation of Spirit|0|rezooc

Do they just control the autorez preference (in combat or out)?

yes, those are saying what to use

autorezon still requires to be 1 or 2 for the rezzing things to work
