As of right now you can spawn the Great Divide instance at the AOC for Kael and immediately Narandi will spawn. You can immediately kill him and turn in the head/9th ring to the Seneschal (who is also up) for the 10th ring. Narandi will respawn with 5-10 minutes and it can be repeated as long as desired.
You -do- lose out on the bonus items, but you can complete all the 10th rings people have been begging for. Your great divide lockout is also extended 7 days for each time you kill Narandi. Just make sure no one turns in marching orders! Enjoy!
