Rogean pissed me off for the last time. He doesn't know who he is fucking with.

I have hacked into his server, and I will now delete over 400 player characters on his server. Starting with the level 50's, Including all his GM/Guide staff including his ass. if you don't want your character deleted on project 1999. Go anon/roleplay.

I am letting you guys know ahead of time, because I like NA and the people here.

Feel free to tell a friend, or someone you like to go anon/role. I will be deleting characters in 10 mins.
 
Wow. I just started on this server yesterday thanks to the SoE issue. Level 4 so I guess I am safe? At work so I can't /anon my characters though I only have like 2 plat.

Guess SoE isn't the only one with intrusion issues. =)
 
They can just do a rollback, but the point is he will be pissed :p

Its bad I know... but don't fck with someone who can't play live eq and is on vacation ;p

I sure hope they can do a rollback for character deletions haha, well maybe not ;p

If you hate someone on p1999, and want there character deleted. PM me the char name.

Oh he just did the norm, banning my toons. Lol

I was actually liking one of the toons unfortunately.
 
The hack did its purpose tho... I pissed off rogean just a bit :)

Jokes on you buddy. Found the packet injection exploit after 10 minutes and fixed it in 30 seconds. All deleted characters get moved to a seperate table with all their data intact, and we will be working on restoring those characters and should have that done within the next hour or so. Yes, even the characters you re-created and deleted, the original still exists. (Come on, we aren't SOE after all).

The server is back up, exploit patched, XP Bonus bumped up to 50%. Enjoy.

Those with characters missing please bare with me about an hour, I will update this post when we are done and then at that point if you are still missing a character you can petition.

P.S. I was enjoying a beer at the office and had to rush home to fix this, I am disappoint.

Update 1: He didn't even deleted my character, wtf? Nilbog and Uthgaard got deletes and I didn't? WHY YOU GOTTA PLAY ME LIKE THAT.

Update 2: Characters are now restored. If you are still missing yours please make a post in the petition forums. Thanks!

most of the admins on eqemu do... if you read p99's homepage you can clearly see that he would have to have a account here... :) and if you know what your looking for, it shows what account he is on here...
