Problem - Out of Group DPS seems not to work.

I have my cleric out of group and use him for healing my low lv Toon (Bard).
After a while wanted the cleric to nuke if the mob is below 50% for some faster kills, beside healing.

The Healing part works fine, but the cleric refuse to nuke. Sometimes he target the mob for a moment, but then targets the Bard again, without doing an single nuke.

I remember that i had this issue a while ago with my mage out of group, assisting my wizard, but did not spend a second though on it.

I start KA with the Assist Parameter, the Bard targeted.

This works:

This not:
