Question - No Extended Target Window Mezzing

Im working on some macros for P2002. Healers have been pretty no brainer, and I play/ pull with the tank. I am running into a block with the thought of mezzing. I know how I would work it out, but I am a novice still and don't really know how to put it into a macro. Anyone have an example of how they'd set it up? I was thinking a radius of X, and scan for anything over 1 NPC, check if it's over 9X%, then just start mezzing. It's not the most elegant method, but it would work well enough. If it means I need to switch the monster im attacking on tank, so be it. Would I have to worry about pets?

Thanks for any advice guys!

I would make the logic something like this.
1. Set your tank's target as your mob not to mez.
2. Grab the number of mobs with some radius.
3. If that number is more then 1 call your mez shit subroutine passing it the id of your tanks target.
3.1. Loop through the mobs in that radius mezzing them. Keep track of their id and when mez will wear off so you can remez at the appropriate time.
4. If your done mezzing or there is one do your regular shit, ie slow/nuke.
