My healer wont heal

Hi guys im new to forums and kissassist eqemu. I recently setup kissassist with a tank and cleric. I fixed the ini of my cleric to look like this but its not healing my tank at all.

Heals2=Sacred Remedy|80
Heals3=Ancient: Hallowed Light|75
Heals4=Sacred Light|70
Heals5=Word of Replenishment|75
Heals6=Word of Vivification|70
Heals7=NULL
XTarHeal=0
AutoRezOn=1
AutoRezWith=Reviviscence

I target my main assist (which is my tank) then do /mac kissassist and for my tank i target myself then do /mac kissassist. Im not getting any errors in the console though and iam not sure why it is not healing

What emu are you on that supports spells that high of a level?

Id like to know weather it will work for stormhaven plz since I subed for kissassist specifically. At the moment I have no luck on healing. trying the dps side of things and will get back to you. Thanks in advance
