Lvl 55 WIZ ini w/conditions for KA11 - DPS, DS, Snares, Harvest, AE's, and Lesser Evacuate (needs turned on in new ini)

This one is a bit untested. The Weave scenario may be overkill and/or unecessary here, I've not fully vetted that piece, if you wish, simply remove the "|weave" piece on all 4 of the burn commands
