Lvl 20 WAR ini w/conditions for KA11 - Basic level 20 Warrior with Taunt and Provoke

Assumes the war is main tank and you want to taunt any time aggro drops below 100 to skill up
Kick/elbow strike should be driven by mq2melee, but could be run under dps with the mash flag too
Conditional not fully verified, but this disc can only be kept active out of combat, so this should only enable it firing if you have less than 60% health, and you're not in combat.
