Problem - KA unloads MQ2Cast if you turn off using mq2melee. Still uses /casting

If you turn off using melee. KA12 unloads MQ2Cast along with Melee, but it continues using /casting to cast heals. Not sure if it uses it else where, but definitely uses it to cast pious light after unloading mq2cast, causing a spam loop of failing to cast. Just helped a user with this bug and then verified it myself.

MQ2Cast uses the /casting command. You will not find the /casting command used anywhere in the kissassist code. What may be happening is something in the ini file. I have seen entries in ini files that use the command tag with the /casting as the command. I have also seen other plugins load the mq2cast plugin. Kiss only checks for the MQ2melee plugin.
