Question - DPS Spell Buffs

I see stuff like this. It doesn't work for me Fleeting Fury won't Cast I would put it in Buff section but I don't know how to tag it to initiate only during fights. Any help would be appreciated.

you should use dpson=2 and |melee is not a valid flag for dps
