Question - Can I use RGMercs/KissASsist/MQNext with eqEmulator?

Hi folks,

with the recent bans, and wanting to just be left alone to play, I'm thinking I might just set up my own local EQ server with eqemu. If I do that, will I be able to use RGMercs/KA/MQNext and set up my own bot group?

I really don't care that it's old content - just want to play a group in peace without fear of bans.

yup, you will definitely want to ensure your emu has xtarget windows, however

unfortunately MQ next does not currently support EMU servers, but mq2 has a version for emu, and rgmercs and kiss should work mostly if the emu server you run allows for xtarget and aggro meter, the aggro meter is not 100% needed, but xtarget is very needed

So I've set up a local emulator, installed the Titanium edition and have logged in my first toon. But there's no xtarget window

What do I need to change to ensure I get an xtarget window please? Is there a better emulator that supports it?

The Xtarget window doesnt come along until alot later expansion wise. You won't see it on emulated servers that use the titanium client.

Am I right in saying Titanium client does not have xtarget. I read "The best supported clients are Titanium then probably Underfoot. Many people prefer UF due to the fact that it uses the newer HP formula and has more features (xtarget, etc)". If thats the case I need a different client then?
