Problem - Burns Not Firing

This started for me after the 10/21/15 patch. I have a 5 box team following my SK and have burn sections defined for all off the characters. As an example my burn text is:

BurnText=Burnthisstuff

I have tried multiple different hotkey and manual entry methods including:

/bc burnthisstuff
/bca  burnthisstuff
/bct CharacterName burnthisstuff
/g burnthisstuff

I have reloaded the latest 10/26/15 release (a couple times).

If this is due to me doing something dumb, apologies in advance but I am at my wits end here.
