Question - autobuff?

New to redguides. MMO had a plugin called mq2autobuff. I was wondering if there is a similar offer here for this functionality? Basically, buff people based on /tell requests, in plugin not macro form. I'm looking around but not seeing anything that stands out to me.

It wouldn't be that difficult to write one, but with the macros, is there really a need?

I'd prefer the macro for the simple fact of the queue and the ability to handle multiple requests on one line. With the old plugin version I had someone (or multiple someone's) could tell my shm for his whole buff line up and he'd filter the requests in order without me having to pay any attention to it. Just set my .ini and forget it.
