Question - New to KA/EMU server - having issues

Below is my VERY basic ini for my necro the problem is as follows.

I'm playing my tank, and the necro isn't assisting me with pet or DPS. I changed the <pipe> % to 99 thinking I'm killing to fast..

I would recommend tweaking. ETA is probably far away. Well, at least a nicely coded solution is, but I might be able to get a hack working, I just need to look into it again.

It's a server code issue.

The No such 'int' member 'Child' error is because there are only 30 blocked buffslots on emu and 40 on live, a change to kiss is needed to fix this, maskoi has been briefed on it.

It has been changed but has not been released yet.

I am going through old posts with EMU errors just to make sure there isn't any major weirdness I missed.

Hope to have a more EMU friendly version of Kiss out next week

Another issue I've noticed:

My Necro pet keeps gholding and after a few fights and stops attacking , I keep having to unclick and tell him to follow. In the ini I set what I think it hold to "0" and he still does it .

Noticed this happening with other versions of mq2 as well. Might be related to source changes With eqemu.

I should have a solution to xtargets by the end of the week, unless my current plan fails miserably :P (which hopefully means PEQ will see the changes soon, other servers depend on when they update :P)


EDIT: I pushed some code to hopefully fix xtargets issues. Not live on EZ or PEQ yet though, unsure where you're playing :P

You know, it's such a trivial fix that people probably just thought, "I'll do it later" and then forgot, I'm not even sure I changed it in my own mod, but u can just go in there and change the number from 40 to 30 and save...

I need to add this to Kiss so it checks for live or emu server and sets it correctly. I added it to the list.

change 40 to 30

I had to make the following changes to get the error to stop. The way I found this was by opening the blocked buff window and the pet blocked buff window. Doing /windows open, then /windows blockedbuffwnd to get the children of that window which listed how many BW_BLOCKEDBUFF#_Button there are. It goes from 0 to 29 on the emulated server.
