This looks good, I think I'll try it out later after I can convert it to Mule. Like the use of instant spells. Are AA nukes considered not worth it during GCD anymore?

Not sure if this is in keeping with the overall function of your ini but adding Wildether Barrage (lvl 96) to be cast only while Twincast is up (not improved Twincast as it'll eat all the charges) would add some more DPS maybe. I know some Wizards do this, not sure if it's still best practice.
