Been testing this ini out since beginning of CoV release and feel it's worthy to finally be included here. Quick note - I purposely excluded things like yaulp as well as any long-casting heals (with the exception of syllable and an intervention that operate with conditionals). I needed an ini to react as fast as possible for CoV named especially combined with the fact that there's random lag in a lot of places.
