110 Pally PullerTank (Simple RoS) - Simple RoS pullertank that uses stuns & all defenses

Simple 110 RoS Pally PullerTank. Minimal use of conditions and you can turn them all off if you want.

Be sure to swap in your current clicky breastplate in AE, Heals and Burn.

Heavy use of stuns and aggro control. You can remove some stuns from DPS and Dicho from Heals if you're low on mana pool. Uses AE section to ramp up AE aggro and defensives on big pull.
