105 Wizard (csblake) - 105 Wiz with AAs - Tier 1 EoK

This is the 105 Wizard that I use in EoK.
This setup attempts to maximize the use of Evoker's Synergy.
Fire spells spells use GoM while syngergy is on cooldown.
