- Added is_reward field to DB

Added is_reward field
* items marked as the reward will appear with a trophy icon next to them.
* If you have an item marked as the reward we will count the quest as completed.
* Quests can have multiple items marked as rewards to account for various rewards for classes. Just having any reward will count as being completed.

Updated some of the quests with reward items. this is slow going but will get them back added.
