Utility MQ2 Backups

12/27/2019 - Post Xmas Update

- Now excludes your autologin file for restor because that's encoded per machine
- Will backup your autologin file with your PC Name (note it takes a bit of time foor Powershell to load the property)
- Now backs up JSON files.

12/16/2019 Update

Updated the powershell script:
* Added a message box interface to handle Backup, Restore, and Cancel functions
* Added a restore funciton -- may require running as admin if restoring to default red guides install location

Comment Update

- Fixed document wording oversight pointed out by @toadwart. Attempted to make it clearer that @MQ2FolderLocations point to the folders with the exe's and not a root MQ2 folder.
