using /mac ppl.mac follow should make it use nav to follow the pc you had targeted

changed so the tml lua can be started with a button instead of being started automaticly. Added some more checks that was needed when being in the wrong zone.

changed the name to ppl.mac

tried some on a lowbie beast. Got "Your Scale Skin spell fizzles!" when fizzling.. but it depends on the spells what is displayed maybe ?

im using rgmercs with my group.. mnk, shm, enc, merc tank, 2 x merc melee dps
