i'm on test, i read them and not sure if it applied to test so i reinstalled anyway to test. got the update notification but the launcher for update gives this error- noxipoo

not sure what i'm doing wrong but since the sunday patch on test my shm no longer heals at all. i just reinstalled it again and set the heal MA and not MA at 90 and 80 but shm will just buff and not heal. anything else to check?- noxipoo
