Having some troubles with an event of mine for camp checks

This is the event I have in file but since the most recent patch with RG has not functioned...
So I don't get a delay Here is the code:

When i have a toon say "dayum" response is essentially immediate. As I understand it the aqbove code should delay betweem 20 and...
Trying to get my ooc reply working with a delay, but I can't get it to delay. Any suggestions:

I'm new to redguides, so forgive my ignorance. Is it possible to run my toons on two seperate computers in my house using the same RD login? Comp1 everything works as intedned. Comp 2 doesn't show the MQ2 screen when logging into EQ.
