It appears everything was wiped out somehow

Upon starting up today, none of my GUI or hotbars are available to select, but the length of the list appears not to have changed. I have tried updating, and closing/restarting IonBC.

Pretty much all of them. Tried to do /assist, /follow, etc

Just bought a brand new laptop. Installed EQ and IonBC. Everything is running, except for "processing command" on new laptop. IonBC receives the command, but it is never executed. Any ideas or suggestions?

Short version is on TLP, and trying to determine is pure damage augs are better or worse than damage + proc augs. Current expansion is HoT. Class is Beastlord primarily and bard to a lesser extent.

That is basically what I did. I am not smart enough when it comes to all of this to know how to do it properly. IE how long to parse different set ups, which buffs to have or not have etc..

Is there any way to simulate dps setups? Some kind of tool like Raidbots is for WoW?
