They replied to some forum posts about it, they consider the ancient kill quests group t2, so they will remain prestige.

Its been super chill so far and everything for them is one groupable. Its really cool because they are basically kill quests. Kill xx mobs and you are guaranteed one spawn. Some of them also give a piece to the whole zone in on the kill. Reminds me of ff14 fates or some of the wow stuff, really...
