Already rebooted and I dont currently have an antivirus. Checked appcompat and didnt see anything mq or eq related. also changed browser. My pc just had an update but this was happening before the update. i updated thinking it would help but its the same

Hey all, when I double click my redguides launcher shortcut nothing happens. Tried running as admin same thing. It asks if I want to let this app proceed, I click yes and then nothing at all. Any ideas?
