Here is the unchanged .ini file from compile 4.0. Something about the .dll is not recognizing anything past TSS.

Forgive me of my ignorance of the exact plugin (I think it's Piggyzone), but the file associate with the /zone command only goes up to TSS in this compile. The one ZippZipp did in compile 4.0 is complete.
