Syntax Key
Notation Description
Text without brackets or braces Required items
<Text inside angle brackets> Placeholder for which you must supply a value
[Text inside square brackets] Optional items
Vertical bar (|) Separator for mutually exclusive items; choose one
{Text | inside | braces} Set of required items; choose one
Ellipsis () Items that can be repeated
Syntax /doability [1-10 | list | <ability>]
Description Activates a key from the "Actions" window. MacroQuest extends this command to list and use abilities by name whether they're on the "Actions" window or not, and also includes all melee disciplines.

Options

Category Option Description
EverQuest 1-10 Corresponds to your Actions window. 1-6 associate with keys from the "Abilities" page, while 7-10 are associated with the four keys below "melee" and "ranged" on the "Combat" page.
MacroQuest list Lists all available abilities
<ability> Activates the ability, combat skill, or discipline by name.
