So today I found something by accident. I'm blown away and in Discord, seemed a few didn't know about this either.
Short story: Built in map has ability to search for Labels and then clicking on said label, shows you where on the map.
How:
Open your map
Type what your looking for in the Search input box, click Search.
Cry about how much time you wasted over the last few years turning off the NPC list in mapfilter and scrolling around the map trying to find a label.
