• UseX refactor

• Improved performance and reporting reliability for instant casts.
• Flipped retries on their head; now, instead of retrying when we don't have an explicit success, we retry only when we specifically fizzle, are interrupted, etc.
• • Recategorized some cast messages to closer matches.
• Standardized cast loops, log messages, and deduped where possible.
