This enchanter is good for buffing & mez, but she stinks for DPS. Any tips or ideas I'm happy to hear!
I'm proud of this slow condition, it will stop attempting slow if there's a better one already on the mob. h/t @kaen01
Epic is great to have, and I toss shissar on the entire group because it's good AC.
When low or OOM, she will nuke with her shield.
