    So assume I buy an account from someone and a cc has been used on the account. Can I add my own cc to the account, removing the old one, and use that info from the new cc to facilitate an account to account transfer?

    You can check the buff on the character you want the buff to be cast on. Then set up a holy/downshit on that character to send an EQBC command to the character that needs to cast the buff.

    Would have to second Pussyfoot's reply. I run a very similar group (Pal/Cle/Enc/Wiz/Wiz/Wiz). I used to run multiple Mages in a different group configuration but they just don't hold a candle to a Wizard, particular while using Kissassist to pilot them.
