looking for any information on how to code a packet to send to the server saying that you've casted a certain spell, or that a certain spell has been cast on you.
 
Unfortunetly they moved all spell effects serverside. That's why when you are in a super lagy fight you can nuke and have it land 5 minutes later, or why when you try and buff in PoK when it's about to crash, the buff never lands.

What I'm wondering is if you can convince the server that a click of one potion (say a crim pot) is really the exp potion.
 
i know the spell effects are serverside, but what i'm looking for is what the client tells the server when you're starting to cast a spell
