Question - Current Raiders: ideal raid makeup? (1 Viewer)

I haven't raided in a while, but I'm a bit shocked that you only want six clerics in an "ideal" raid force. I thought the only reason most didn't want more is simply becasue recruiting more is difficult.

Also, 5 beastlords but only 1 rogue?? What's the reasoning there?
 
Depending on the event you need more tanks. Currently running 4 wars, 4 sks, 2 pallies, 7 clerics, 3 shamans, 2 druids, 2 necros, 2 zerkers, 3 rogues, 2 necros, 5 rangers, 2 beastlords, 4 or 5 wiz, 4 or 5 mages, 3 to 4 enchanters, and 4 bards for RoS
 
If I was going to box 54:
5 Warrior, 2 SK, 2 Pal
9 clerics

This sets up my base groups when i need to AA.

I would then need cc
6 bard and 3 enchanter

I would get some secondary healers for the hybrid tanks:
2 Shaman, 2 Druid

That leaves 23 to divide up into DPS:
4 Wizard, 4 Mages, 2 Necros, 2 BL, 4 Zerker, 3 Rng, 4 Rog
 
endurance only goes so far, in the past any event longer then primary burn zerkers were out of endurance, or close to it, not sure now with some abilities that can regen endurance per hit but still will see a stagnation.
