I run 4 instances of eq on one computer and use a single MQ instance. I run KA on all 4 toons. One toon does not appear in the kissassist_buffs file. The file is being updated by the other 3 toons fine - so its not read only (have checked properties just in case). One thing I have noticed is that during the launch of KA on the affected toon, I do not see the blocked buffs window come on and off. Additionally the toon never buffs/rebuffs himself.
