Edit - I petitioned and they fixed it surprisingly fast

It has been happening for the last 2 days, but it seems to be resolved as of a little while ago.

Had this happen for the second time on 8-17-17. 2 Krono disappeared for no reason. Account was not close to needing time and no time was added. I petitioned both times it happened and it was fixed the next day with a message "Sorry for the inconvience" but no explanation as to why it happened. Since it got fixed so quickly I am assuming it is some type of system error that happens occasionally on their end. Hopefully they fix it as it is scary to see hard earned Krono just disappear.
