Anyone else sit there for like 6 hrs clicking refresh to see if the buyer sent PA the log-in information yet?

I had a bad interaction with PA's "support" staff when I had a customer do a charge back 20 days after an account sale had gone through. They basically tried to debit my Paypal. This was 8 years ago, but I haven't ever used them again.
