Question - Kronos and the new server - Agnarr (1 Viewer)

I just had a quick question I was hoping someone could answer for me about the upcoming TLP server, Agnarr. If I wanted to purchase some krono for my char that I will be creating on the new server, can I do so ahead of time? Will any krono I have on my account transfer automatically to my newly created char on Agnarr? (Some of the ins and outs of the krono process still escape me, so forgive my ignorance)

Krono's are account wide. If its on one character its on everyone.
