Problem - nothing working at all (1 Viewer)

took a break from EQ fro a little while and now nothing works here.
Will not update. even with the new updater
get unhandled exception when trying to update and microquest will not run in EQ
nothing working here at all
win 10 PC

Uninstall your RG then reinstall?
