Question - TBM Armor and Kamiowe Ordup and Group Armor - Planes Vendor (1 Viewer)

How the hell do you unlock the armor on this guy? Is it from raids, completing partisan and mercenary quest in TBM?

I looked on eqresource and alla with no real good answer.

I have gotten mixed answers in general saying its from Partisan and Mercenary quest and some says its from raiding?

Does anyone know and care to explain?

It becomes unlock on the vendor via killing trash in Plane of Hate/Plane of Fear.

Yup, what qlonjt said. It took me a full clear of both zones' trash before I had the faction to see his gear.

Nope, revamped raid.

If you only want a certain piece you might not necessarily have to max out faction... they unlock slowly depending what faction level you're at so if you do a 1/2 clear or whatever you can go see if the slot is unlocked yet.
