is it possible to put in the ini for your character to not target a specific mob because it cant be pulled?
Assuming you're asking about with kissassist? You didn't specify - but yes absolutely you can, and its pretty easy once you know how.

You can /addignore a mob - and you can either provide a name like "/addignore skeleton" which would ignore anything with skeleton in their name - or you can do something like /addignore ${Target.CleanName} which would add your target to the addignore

This information is stored in your KissAssist_Info.ini in your macro folder
/addignore
KissAssist_Info

Adds [text] to the MobsToIgnore list - accepts partial names and checks against ${Spawn}
