Problem - Overseer broken on some - No offered quests are available at this time (1 Viewer)

I have a couple of characters that completed the Overseer tutorial but can't proceed.

Anyone else experience this?

Quests Tab:
No offered quests are available at this time

Agents Tab:
11 Agents Ready -
Uncommon Iconic Captain Silverwind
Uncommon Iconic Equestrielle
Common Bandit etc

Active quests:
Max Completed Quests 3/10
Max Active Quests 0/1

Stats:
Total Agents 11
Ready 11
Active Quests 0/1
Quests completed 5
Critical Success 1
Success 4

Rest of stats are 0

Any idea on how to fix this? Vast majority of my characters are doing overseer just fine.

- Problem is on Vox server , on F2P and Silver accounts

Did you try finishing the tutorial manually? Tried getting quests manually? Trying doing what you can manually then run /mac overseer and see what happens. Just a suggestion.

I've had this bug on a few chars and it usually clears itself up by the next day. This one and one that says you can only have 1 mission at a time on an all-access account. It's just buggy shit that should fix itself.
