Question - Mercenary switching to balanced on its own (1 Viewer)

Anyone ever have an issue where the heler merc is set to reactive but on pull it switches back to balanced. happens to me on each pull....i cant use my main healer so wanted to use the merc for a little. any help appreciated.

Did you know you can sort the stance list order. I did not realize that until I clicked to fast and it backwards listed the stances and I chose the wrong one.
