did u try to loot after that? and u must have advninjaloot in your macro folder. you can turn looton=0 and then try to do the /looton cmd in game

I had a problem with this,
If I had pulled 10 mobs and then the last one fell, if one or all of the toons had gone below Mana level "MedStart=25" they would sit and med (inc the warrior) - If I then waited till all past 90% mana and pulled and killed a single mob the looter would often go and loot any corpse it could find. Not sure if that helps or shows a fault.

Old thread here, but since I am new and having the same issue I thought I would mention what I found was causing my problem.
In G'Mesa I had added 'a spiderling' to the .info ignore mob list and shortly after noticed the loot issue. After removing them from
ignore list so they could be 'cleared' loot issue resolved. One thing to consider if you have had this issue.

You use a looting plugin ? => "/plugin MQ2AutoLoot" for activate it then make a hotkey for turn loot ON and another for turn loot OFF.

This plugin is using the advanced loot of the game with a loot file where you set if you loot/ignore/destroy an item.

There are 2 ways to loot. Using ninjadvloot or the plugin autoloot.
For Ninjadvloot: do /looton 1
For Mq2Autoloot: do /autoloot turn on

Set yourself as masterlooter.

Same way to turn it off:
For Ninjadvloot: do /looton 0
For Mq2Autoloot: do /autoloot turn off
